Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy for products and services offered by MindfulHealth4Women.com and MindfulHealth4Women, LLC (collectively “We” or “Us”).

Digital products (e-books and e-courses):

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered or made available. In cases where content is delivered or made available in multiple portions over time, we do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the first paid portion of the content is delivered or made available.

Wellness Summits:

We are happy to issue a full refund for the individual purchase of attending a Wellness Summit if a written refund request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Wellness Summit. If a refund request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the Wellness Summit, refunds are limited to one-half (1/2) of the purchase price.

No refunds will be issued after the start of the Wellness Summit.

One-on-One Coaching Session:

We are happy to issue a full refund for the individual purchase of one-on-one coaching session for any session(s) not yet scheduled or if a written refund request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the session. If a refund request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the session, we will be happy to issue a refund for one-half (1/2) of the individual coaching session price. We are happy to reschedule any session prior to the scheduled start of the session; however, we will only reschedule a session with less than 24 hours before the start of the scheduled start of the session once. If a session has been rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled start of the session, any refund for that session shall be one-half (1/2) the purchase price and no refunds or rescheduling of the session shall be permitted with less than 24 hours notice of the rescheduled start of the session.

No refunds will be issued after the scheduled start of a session.

Package Purchases:

No refunds will be issued for the purchase of any packages in which any Digital Content is included and not expressly described as a free gift. Refunds of any package purchases shall only be issued if all the products in the package individually qualify for a full refund.
