Dr. Jones and MindfulHealth4Women, LLC do not collect any protected health information as defined in 45 C.F.R. § 160.103 and are not subject to the regulations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPPA) as set forth in 45 C.F.R. § 160 et. seq. Any information provided to Dr. Jones and/or MindfulHealth4Women, LLC should not be considered private or confidential.

Dr. Jones may discuss general health advice and make recommendations to discuss certain treatments; however, nothing communicated by Dr. Jones or any others and none of the information provided by MindfulHealth4Women, LLC, including, but not limited to, any publications (including electronic publications), website, videos, blog posts, one-on-one chat sessions, or group discussion sessions, should be considered as a diagnosis or treatment of any mental or physical condition. It is recommended that each person consult with their mental and physical health provider before making any changes to their existing mental and physical health care treatment and before staring any new health care treatment.
