Description
This initial session will be comprehensive by starting out with mindset work. A complimentary copy of Mindful Health for Women (if not already purchased) is included to help assist with this.
We will then customize your holistic wellness plan to reach your mental, physical, and spiritual health goals. These areas of health and wellness have an overarching theme of lifestyle modification (diet and exercise) and stress management (emotional well-being). Ongoing coaching sessions after your two 30 minute follow-up sessions are not included.
